Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility Criteria


Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of product delivery (in accordance with the U.S. Consumer Rights Act and pet product safety guidelines) and must meet the following cat supply-specific hygiene and quality standards:

Eligible Items


  • Unused, Unopened, Original Packaging Intact: Smart cat toilets (sealed in original box, no installation attempts, no litter contact), location collars (unopened, plastic wrapping intact, no engraving or customization), cat toys (unused, tags attached, no pet saliva or dirt contact).
  • Defective Items: Products with manufacturing defects (e.g., non-functional smart cat toilet sensors, inaccurate location collar GPS signals, broken cat toy parts) or shipping damage (e.g., dented smart cat toilet casing, scratched location collar surface, torn cat toy packaging).
  • Incorrect Items: Products that do not match your order (e.g., wrong size smart cat toilet, non-waterproof location collar instead of waterproof, wrong theme cat toy set).
  • Safety-Related Items: Products that fail to meet U.S. pet product safety standards (e.g., toxic materials in cat toys, uncomfortable location collar design that irritates cats’ skin, smart cat toilet with anti-pinch function failure) — we offer full refunds plus free return shipping for such items.

Non-Eligible Items


  • Used/Opened Items: Products that have been used, installed, or in contact with cats (e.g., a smart cat toilet with litter inside, a location collar worn by a cat, a cat toy with pet saliva or scratches) — due to hygiene restrictions and resale limitations for pet supplies.
  • Custom-Made Items: Personalized location collars (e.g., engraved cat names), custom-themed cat toy sets, or smart cat toilets with customized colors cannot be returned unless they have manufacturing defects — we will confirm this with you before processing custom orders.
  • Items Damaged by Misuse: Products damaged due to improper use or installation (e.g., a smart cat toilet damaged by incorrect wiring, a location collar broken by rough cat play, a cat toy torn by overuse).

2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange


  1. Submit a Request: Send an email to our customer support mailbox with the following information:

    • Your full name, order number, and delivery address.
    • Detailed product information (e.g., "Self-cleaning smart cat toilet for large cats," "Waterproof GPS location collar," "Interactive feather cat toy set").
    • Reason for return/exchange (e.g., "smart cat toilet sensor not working," "location collar GPS signal is inaccurate," "cat toy parts are broken," "received wrong size toilet").
    • Supporting materials:
      • For damaged/defective items: Clear photos or videos showing the problem (e.g., non-functional sensor, inaccurate GPS signal, broken toy part) and the original packaging.
      • For incorrect items: Photos comparing the received product with your order confirmation (e.g., size mismatch, waterproof function difference).


    We will review your request within 2 business days and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved. Please note that returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

  2. Prepare the Return Items:

    • Smart Cat Toilets: Repack all parts, instruction manuals, and accessories into the original box — ensure the box is sealed securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
    • Location Collars: Repack in the original box with all accessories (charger, user manual, packaging) — ensure no customization or engraving is done and the plastic wrapping is intact.
    • Cat Toys: Empty all contents, wipe clean (if necessary), and repack in the original packaging with tags attached.

  3. Arrange Return Shipping:

    • Defective/Incorrect/Safety-Related Items: We will provide you with a free pre-paid return shipping label — no need for you to pay any shipping fees.
    • Change of Mind Returns: You are responsible for the return shipping fee, which varies by product size and weight:
      • Cat Toy Set: $6.99 flat fee.
      • Location Collar: $8.99 flat fee.
      • Smart Cat Toilet: $39.99 flat fee (covers the cost of shipping bulky, heavy pet supplies).

    Returned items must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days of RA approval — delays beyond this period may affect your return eligibility.


3. Refund & Exchange Timelines


  • Refunds: Processed within 3–5 business days after we inspect and confirm the returned items. The refund amount is determined as follows:

    • For defective/incorrect/safety-related items: Full refund of the product price plus the original shipping fee (no deductions).
    • For change of mind returns: Refund of the product price minus the return shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee (to cover the cost of repackaging, safety inspection, and reshelving pet supplies).

    Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, and your bank may take 3–5 additional business days to process the refund.

  • Exchanges: Processed according to the following rules:

    • Same Product Replacement: For defective items (e.g., a new smart cat toilet to replace a non-functional one, a new location collar to replace one with inaccurate GPS), we will ship the replacement product within 5–7 business days with free delivery.
    • Size/Type Exchange: For size mismatches or type changes (e.g., exchanging a smart cat toilet for small cats to one for large cats, a basic location collar to a GPS one), we will process the exchange after verifying the returned items. You need to pay the price difference if the new item is more expensive, or we will issue a partial refund if the new item is cheaper.
